Based in Switzerland, with approximately 20 years of professional experience in operations management & resource planning, I’ve had the privilege of working with many people, who despite having different skills, knowledge & competencies, were coached into becoming high- performance leaders.
I’ve created ‘The Inner Playbook’ as a means of sharing my personal insights as well as those from a range of subject matter experts, so that you can learn from our experiences and succeed in life!
Born in Toronto, Harry is a first generation Canadian who’s blue collar, working class parents immigrated from Punjab seeking a better life.
Having had the privilege of being raised in Rexdale, a middle-class, culturally diverse, often violent and crime ridden suburb, Harry had no choice but to become resilient and develop a strong work ethic in order to succeed; this despite having to overcome the many hardships, abuse and prejudice he faced.
He was the first of his family to have enlisted in the armed forces as an airborne rifleman and have been awarded an undergraduate and post-graduate degree.
Now based in Geneva Switzerland, Harry leverages the life-lessons he has learned over the years, along with the insights he has gained by being mentored by fantastic thought leaders and coaches, to manage complex operations and transverse teams within the aviation sector.
